Q1) How can I change my password?

1- Tap the profile icon located at the top right of the home page.

2- Tap “Profile”.

3- Tap “Change Password” located at the bottom of the profile page.

4- Provide your password details.

 

Q2) How can I change the language of the application?

1- Tap the profile icon located at the top right of the home page.

2- Tap “change language”.

3- Tap the language you prefer.

4- Tap “change”.

Q1) How can I take a request and do a ride on the app?

When a customer requests a ride you will receive a notification on the app. Afterwards, you will need to do the following:

1- Tap “on the way” to let the customer know that you are heading to the pickup location.

2- Follow the map to reach to the customer’s pickup location.

3- Tap “Accepted” when you arrive to the pickup location.

4- Slide “Arrived” when you arrive to the pickup location to let the customer know that you have arrived.

5- Slide “Started” after your customer gets into the vehicle.

6- Slide “Successful” when you arrive to the customer’s destination. This will indicate that the ride has been successful.

 

Q2) How can I reject a ride request?

When a customer requests a ride you will receive a notification on the app. In order to reject a ride request, you need to tap “Decline” located at the lower part of the notification box.

 

Q3) How can I manually add a ride?

1- Tap the list icon located on the top right part of the home/map page.

2- Tap the plus icon located at the lower right part of the page.

3- Enter customer details: name and contact number.

4- Enter pickup location. You can do this either by entering the pickup address or by using the map.

5- Enter the destination. You can do this either by entering the pickup address or by using the map.

Q1) How can I contact a customer?

You can call a customer only after receiving the ride request notification and tapping “on the way”. To call a customer you need to do the following:

1- Tap the notification box displayed on the map.

2- Tap the telephone icon located next to the customer details. Note that charges may apply when you call a customer, and these charges relate to your mobile operator.

Q1) How can I rate a customer?

You can rate a customer only after completing the ride and swiping “Successful”. After swiping successful, the app will display rating stars. You can rate your customer from 1 (very bad) to 5 (very good). You can also provide detailed feedback in the comment box.
